New Product Returns

Your purchase can be returned for a hassle free exchange or refund, provided that the merchandise is in its original saleable condition and packaging, ad returned with its original reciepts.

Ultimate Subaru Parts Returns

Regular stock products can be returned within 14 days of the sale date, in its original saleable condition & packaging.

If the part has been purchased with an unknown fault, the part can be returned within the timeframe specified for a full replacement.

If your part has been fitted by our mechanical team, we offer a 3 month parts and labour warranty. If your part has been fitted by an unauthorised personnel, the warranty is then void.

Special Order Parts Returns

Special order products can only be retuned to the original store of purchase within the time specified and in its original saleable condition . Some special order products may have restocking charges or may be non returnable. In these cases, we will inform you prior to ordering and we will note any special rules or restocking fees directly on your receipt.

There are no returns on clearance items

Warranty Information

All parts supplied by Ultimate Subaru Service & Spares, comes with a 3 month warranty.

This however, does not apply if the part that has been purchased, is installed incorrectly or by an unlicensed individual.

Special order parts typically come with a 3 month warranty from the place of purchase, if they advise of a longer warranty period, we will honour that time frame.
